Diaphargm: Neoprene rubber with canvas insertion
Chamber mat: Pressed steel & C.I.
Actuator: Direct acting, Spring return type Air to open OR Air to close.
Types: 2 way, type for ON/OFF operations
3 way type for MIXING / DIVERTING operations.
Special feature: There is the Heat Radiating section on the bonnet, with evenly spaced efficient radiating fins, Saves the actuator from the effects of heat from the pipeline.
 
Hi-tek Plug Characteristics:
To meet various types of flow control characteristics, following types of plug designs are available:

 Quick opening plug, skirt guided for quick opening & closing of valves. Ideal for ON-OFF type of controlling action.

Working
:
 Carbon dust & ash collected on the internal tubes of boiler which is removed & cleaned by spray of pressurized steam. This spray of steam is produced by shu it blower valve. So, heat transfer of boiler increases & thus the efficiency of boiler is increased.
